Tanner has been earning an allowance for a few months now and part of that is having him put 10% of his earnings in a mission fund and 10% towards tithing. The tithing has been buiding up for a while, so today he filled out a tithing slip and turned it in to the bishop. He was very proud of himself.

Hi! I'm one of your blog stalkers. I love your blog because you are real and I can relate. I'm a friend of Stephanie Austin. Anyway, I wanted to ask you about how you handle allowances. My husband and I are in the process of debating what goes in the allowance catagory and what are things that are to be done simply because one lives in our house and are part of the family. So, if you don't mind my asking, what do you do?
